Export a Pages Document to PDF on Your iPhone

One of the most common requirements for document sharing and printing is exporting to the widely compatible PDF format. Fortunately, exporting a Pages document to PDF on your iPhone is a straightforward process. In this article, we will walk you through the steps, ensuring you can effortlessly convert your Pages documents into PDF files.

Step 1: Open the Pages App

  • Start by unlocking your iPhone and locating the “Pages” app on your home screen. Tap to open it.

Step 2: Select Your Document

  • Inside the Pages app, locate and tap the document you want to export to PDF. If the document isn’t already created, you can start a new one by tapping the plus icon (+) and selecting a template.

Step 3: Access the Document Options

Step 9: Confirm the Export

  • A confirmation prompt will appear, confirming that your Pages document is being exported to a PDF file. Tap “Save” to proceed.

Step 10: Access Your PDF

  • Once the export is complete, you can access your PDF file from the chosen destination. You can share it via email, messaging apps, or any other preferred method.
