Civil Engineering
The above degree must be full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with not less than 65% marks, taking average of all the years, irrespective of the weight age given to any particular year by the Institute/University obtained from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956.

(i) Thorough Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script. If the candidate has not passed High School or equivalent examination in Hindi, he/she has to clear an e^am conducted by the Registrar, Departmental Examination Govt, of UP within 3 years of joining.
(ii) Post Graduate Degree with High second class (i.e. 55% mimimum) or Graduate Degree with I class from a University established by law7 in U.P. or any other University recognized by the Government ol Uttar Pradesh or from a University in India incorporated by any act of the Central/State legislature or by UGC or by AICTE.
(iii) Cost Accountant or Chartered Accountant or other qualification equivalent thereto by the Board or the State Government duly qualified to practice as such.

Assistant Review Officer (Post code -7):
Candidate for direct recruitment to posts in the service must, besides having a thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script, hold :
(i) A degree of university established by law' in India or other equivalent qualifications recognized by the State Government.
(ii) Typing speed in Hindi and English on computer with 20 and 25 wpm. respectively.
(iii) Good experience of working on computers.
(iv) Preference shall be given to those having experience in HR of any Govt institution.
